We ask that you carefully review the basic requirements below before you begin your application.
- Between 21-38 years old (or turning 21 soon)
- No more than 2 C-sections
- BMI under 31
- Not currently on any depression or anxiety medication
- Given birth at least once, no more than 5 times with no major complications
